Beats Fussion Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Beats Fussion app and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: All users must be at least 16 years old to register as either a Team or a Viewer.
• Compliance: All users must comply with applicable laws and the specific requirements for each type of account.

3. Account Registration and Authentication

• Registration: Both Teams and Viewers must complete the registration process, including email verification, before accessing the full features of the app.
• Authentication: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility.
• Password Recovery: Both user types have access to "Forgot Password" and "Reset Password" functionalities.

4. Services for Teams

• Team Application: Teams must submit a complete application, including team images, dancer and manager profiles, social media links, and a team video.
• Competition Participation: Teams will be listed in match fixtures and are responsible for maintaining up-to-date profiles and performance records.
• Content Access: Teams can access news updates, match fixtures, results, and profile pages.
• Account Management: Teams can change passwords, manage notifications, and access our FAQ, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

5. Services for Viewers

• Favorite Team Selection: Viewers select their favorite team upon registration.
• Content Access: Viewers have access to news updates, match fixtures, results, and team profile pages.
• Account Deactivation: Viewers may choose to deactivate their account. Deactivated accounts will remain inactive for 90 days; failure to log in within that period will result in permanent account deletion.
